At Wag-itarian, every meal is made fresh, just for your dog. Because we operate on a small-batch, pre-order model, cancellations and refunds work a little differently. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin prepping your dog’s meals and cannot accept cancellations.

• To cancel, email us at thewagitarian@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +919717583751 with your order details.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• You cancel your order within the allowed time frame (2 hours)

• Your order is not delivered due to an error on our end

• You receive the wrong product

​All eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

3. No Refunds/Returns On:

• Meals that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered

• Products damaged after delivery due to storage or handling issues

• Items that are returned without prior communication

4. What If My Dog Doesn’t Like the Food?

​We get it—dogs can be picky. While we don’t offer refunds in this case, we’re happy to:

• Offer a smaller trial portion next time

• Recommend a different protein or preparation style
