At Wag-itarian, we take extra care to ensure that your pup’s meals arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Areas

​We currently deliver across Delhi NCR to ensure freshness and quality. If you’re unsure whether we serve your location, feel free to reach out to us before placing an order

2. Delivery Charges

​A flat ₹200 delivery fee applies to all orders. We aim to keep costs fair while ensuring that your dog’s meals are delivered safely and efficiently.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Freshly Prepared Meals: Since our meals are home-cooked and prepared fresh, we require 24-48 hours to process and dispatch your order.

• Cakes & Special Treats: Orders for cakes and special treats must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

• Delivery Schedule: We deliver on specific days to optimize freshness. Our team will confirm your delivery slot once the order is placed.

4. Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a reattempt may be subject to an additional charge.

5. Storage & Handling

• Our meals are best stored in the refrigerator and consumed within the recommended timeframe.

• Cakes and treats should also be refrigerated to maintain freshness.

6. Returns & Refunds

​Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
