Welcome to Wag-itarian! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We promise to keep it simple—just like our fresh, wholesome meals for your furry friends.

1. Orders & Payments:

• All orders must be prepaid via UPI, bank transfer, or other available payment methods. We do not accept cash on delivery.

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. If a payment isn’t received, the order will not be fulfilled.

2. Meal Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Our meal subscriptions are designed to provide your pup with consistent, fresh meals.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

• Subscription plans cannot be transferred or shared between different households.

3. Delivery & Responsibility

• We deliver across Delhi NCR on pre-scheduled days. Customers will be notified of their delivery slot.

• If no one is available to receive the order, a reattempt may be subject to an additional charge.

• Once a meal is delivered, proper storage and feeding are the pet parent’s responsibility. Wag-itarian is not liable for spoilage due to improper handling.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.

5. Pet Health & Dietary Responsibility

• While our meals are carefully crafted to be hypoallergenic and nutritious, every dog is unique. Please consult your vet before introducing new food if your dog has allergies or medical conditions.

• Wag-itarian is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our service implies acceptance of any changes.
